All our PT sessions last 60 minutes and can take place in your home, garden, the park or one of the various gyms we work with around East London.​

 

We offer a no-strings initial consultation to all clients, plus discounts for block booking 1-2-1 sessions, and for joint and small group sessions.

New to Thrive and want to book a 10 or 15 block of 1-2-1 sessions? We'll give you one of the sessions in your first block free – in addition to our block booking discount – so 10 sessions for price of 9 or 15 sessions for price of 14. To find out more, please get in touch.

NB: gym-based sessions incur a £5 surcharge per session for non-gym members.
All single sessions and blocks must be pre-paid in full in advance.
