ABOUT ME
QUAlIFIED SINCE 2008
A qualified personal trainer since 2008, I’ve always been interested in sports and fitness - representing my county in athletics, running in the London Marathon and working as a ski instructor before training as a PT.
I love helping people of all abilities achieve their fitness goals, and my programmes are designed to help improve overall wellbeing, health and fitness - so you move better and feel better, too. Plus, as a big foodie, I firmly believe you can still enjoy the food you like - with a little help from effective exercising.

FITNESS & WEIGHT LOSS
I build bespoke fitness programmes around you, your goals and your experience. So whether you want to lose weight, tone up or get fit, they'll contain the most effective mix of cardio, resistance, core and flexibility training.
PRE & POST-NATAL
As a fully-certified pre & post-natal trainer, I carefully plan personalised sessions that help you exercise safely and appropriately before, during and after your pregnancy.
RUNNING
A lifelong runner, I'm passionate about helping people start and improve their running. As well as creating plans for every distance, I can also help improve your technique, speed, strength and stability.
WEDDING FITNESS
Getting married soon? I've helped lots of brides and grooms get into shape for their big day - and can help you lose weight, tone up and feel incredible.
MENOPAUSE
Whether you're menopausal or peri, my specialist sessions are designed to regain lost muscle mass, increase bone density, lift mood to help get you fit for the menopause and improve your quality of life.
KETTLEBELLS
Kettlebells can take your fitness to another level. Not just for strengthening and toning, they also blast fat, build core stability, improve balance and add variety.
