All our sessions last 60 minutes and can take place in your home, garden, the park or one of the various gyms we work with around East London. We also offer a free, no-strings initial consultation so you can learn more about how Thrive Fitness can help you.
FREE SESSION FOR NEW CLIENTS
All new clients who book a 10 or 15 session block get one of those sessions completely free - as well as the block booking discount. NB: this only applies to the first block purchased and must be fully paid for in advance.
15 SESSION BLOCK
Includes a 15% discount when you pre-pay the full amount at least 1 working day before first session.

10 SESSION BLOCK
Includes a 10% discount when you pre-pay the full amount at least 1 working day before first session.
(£37.80 per session)
5 SESSION BLOCK
Includes a 5% discount when you pre-pay the full amount at least 1 working day before first session.
(£39.90 per session)
Pay-as-you-go sessions are also available. NB: they must be paid for at least 24hrs before session.
NB: gym sessions incur a £5 surcharge per session for non gym members.
