Free initial consultation

All new clients get a free initial consultation. This is your chance to ask us questions, tell us about your lifestyle and your fitness goals. Plus, you'll also need to complete a simple questionnaire to make sure you're ready to start training.

Full health and fitness assessment

Your first session will involve a full health and fitness assessment. This includes:

  • blood pressure check
  • body fat percentage
  • body mass index (BMI)
  • aerobic and muscular fitness checks

The results of these tests along with the results of your initial consultation will help us to design a personal training programme that's tailor-made for you.

Personal training programme

Depending on your ability and goals, your personal training programme will be based on one of the following levels:

  • Training for health - perfect for beginners who want to make the change from a more sedentary lifestyle to a more active and healthy one
  • Training for fitness - for moderately active people who want to take their fitness to the next level and intensity
  • Training for performance - designed for people who already train or compete and want to perform or look even better

All the above programmes will involve the key elements of fitness training, tailored to your requirements: cardio, resistance training, core stability and flexibility.

And if you are bored of the gym, don't worry - for variety and optimal results, the training can also take place in your home, your garden, your office and the park.
