New client 2 for 1 offer

All new clients get 2 sessions for the price of 1 - a saving of up to £40. This offer is subject to a minimum commitment of 5 sessions and can only be used once. The first session must be paid for in advance and the second (free) session must be taken within 1 month of the first session.

Pre-booking discounts

If you book 10 or more sessions and pay for them in advance, you'll automatically get a discount on your hourly fee. Put simply, the more sessions you book, the cheaper it is. For more information on pre-booked discounts please refer to the Prices page.

Key worker discount

We offer special discounted sessions to key workers*. Availability of these sessions are limited to certain days and times so please get in touch for more information and full rates.

* Exceptions to this include those in senior management and/or professional positions within the public sector such as doctor, consultant, headteacher and the rank of detective or above.
